Eligibility - Open to all artists 18 and over residing in Colorado.
Media:
Category 1 - Original fine art executed on canvas, paper, board, or similar approved fine art material. Plexiglass required on works on paper larger than 28” in any direction.
Category 2 - 3 dimensional fine art pieces that are created from clay, wood, bronze or other approved materials.
1-Entries may not have been previously shown in a Paletteers Art Club juried exhibit or any other show at the College Hill Library.
2-Entries must be original to the artist and not created under supervision. Copies of images other than the artists own photography is not permitted. Other photos can be used only as reference material and must have photographer’s permission. Copies of AI images is not permitted. The Paletteers Art Club reserves the right to refuse any art work that does not comply with requirements stated in this prospectus. No computer art, photography or giclees will be accepted. In case of question, the juror’s decision will be final. All work displayed must remain for the duration of the exhibit. Awards - Ribbons and cash awards. A Best of Award will be presented for each art medium . Presentation of entries. All art works must be delivered ready to display. Wall hung work must have wire for hanging in place. No sawtooth hangers. Each piece must be identified on the bottom or back with artist name, address, phone number, title, price, and medium. Art work that is delivered chipped, cracked, damaged, dirty, or with improper presentation or with incomplete information on the back will not be accepted.
Sales - A 20% commission on all sales will be collected.
Entry Fees - Up to 3 entries $35 Members, $45 Non Members
Make checks payable to Paletteers Art Club. Fees are nonrefundable.

January 25 - Registration Form and entry fee must be received
Sunday, Feb. 2 - 1 to 2:00 - Hand deliver entries to the College Hill Library, 3705 W. 112th Ave., Westminster.
Jurying will begin at 2:00. Artists with unaccepted pieces will be called by 2:30. Artists will need to pick up any rejects.
Sunday, Feb. 9 - 2 to 4:00 Reception and Award presentation
Sunday, March 2 - 1 to 3:00 - - Take down show and pick up art work
